          Biography of Manija Davlatova

          Manija Davlatova is a Tajik pop singer who performs songs in the Persian pop music style.

          She was born on December 31, 1982 in Kulob, Tajikistan.

          Education and Career

          After graduating from Secondary School No. 8 in Kulob in 1999, Davlatova enrolled in the Foreign Language Faculty of Kulob State University.

          In 2001, she transferred to the Journalism Faculty of Tajik State National University, where she completed her studies in 2006.

          Davlatova began her music career in 2001 with the song "U Rechki" (By the River). She considers the singer and composer Zikri Olloh as her first mentor.

          She is also a fellow hometown artist with another famous Tajik pop singer, Shabnam Surayyo.
